Microsoft 365 migration by Xpress Computers
Moving to Microsoft 365? Your mail, files and calendars arrive intact.
Xpress Migrate365 moves Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar and Contacts, or mailboxes from any POP3/IMAP hosting provider, into Microsoft 365. Our Microsoft Cloud team runs it end to end, so your people keep working and nobody installs anything.
How your data moves
From Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, guided by an Xpress engineer
Data flows directly between the two clouds through our secure migration server. Our engineer plans, runs and checks every pass.
What moves
Every mailbox, file and meeting lands where your people expect it
Each user's data is copied into their own Microsoft 365 account, with original dates, senders and folder structure kept.
Inbox, Sent and all mail. Labels become Outlook folders and categories. Original dates, read state and attachments up to 150 MB.
Google WorkspaceMy Drive folder structure. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides become Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Other files copied as they are.
Google WorkspaceMeetings, all-day events, recurring series with their changed or cancelled dates, locations and descriptions.
Google WorkspaceNames, email addresses, phone numbers, companies and job titles.
Google WorkspaceEvery folder with its name and nesting, from cPanel, Plesk, Zimbra or any IMAP server.
Web hostingAll mail still held on the old server, delivered into each user's new Inbox.
Web hostingWhy it is different
No desktop tool, no PC left running overnight
Most migration tools are installed on a local computer, so every email and file passes through that PC. Xpress Migrate365 runs in the cloud.
Desktop migration tools
- Installed and licensed on an office PC
- All data passes through your office internet line
- The PC must stay on until the copy finishes
- Often needs each user's password
Xpress Migrate365
- Nothing installed at your office
- Data moves cloud to cloud over Microsoft Azure
- Runs day and night, many users in parallel
- Admin approval, no Google or Microsoft passwords
Capabilities
Built for whole companies, not one mailbox at a time
Our Microsoft Cloud team built Xpress Migrate365 around the way we run customer moves every week.
Nothing to install
The migration runs on our server in Microsoft Azure. No software for your staff and no office PC kept on overnight.
Approve, don't share passwords
Your Microsoft 365 admin approves with one link and your Google admin with one setting. We never ask for user passwords for Google or Microsoft.
Many users at once
Mailboxes, drives and calendars for a whole company are copied in parallel, so a 50-user business moves in days.
Keep working during the move
The bulk copy runs while your team still uses the old system. After the MX switch, a short catch-up pass brings across only what is new.
No duplicates on re-runs
Every copied item is tracked, so running a pass again copies only new or changed items.
Mail arrives as real mail
Messages keep their original sent and received dates and senders, and show as received mail, not drafts.
Large files and attachments
Attachments up to 150 MB and large Drive files are uploaded in chunks, so big items come across intact.
Handles service limits
When Microsoft or Google slow requests down, the platform waits and retries automatically.
A report for every user
Items copied per user and workload, with anything that could not be moved and the reason.
Security and control
Your data goes straight from the old service to Microsoft 365
- Read-only access to GoogleNothing is changed or deleted in your Google Workspace.
- Encrypted credentialsKeys and hosting passwords are stored encrypted and used only by the migration engine.
- Named engineers, full activity logEvery Xpress engineer signs in with their own account, and each action is recorded.
- Encrypted in transitData travels over HTTPS between the old service, our server and Microsoft 365.
- Access removed after go-liveOnce you confirm everything is in place, your admins remove our access in two clicks.
After the move
Your team, ready for the modern Microsoft 365 workplace
Once mail and files are in Microsoft 365, your people work together in Teams, Outlook and OneDrive, and Xpress helps you adopt the rest.

Good to know
- Google shared drives, files others shared with you, Drive sharing permissions, Google Chat, Forms and Sites are planned separately with you.
- Very large Google Docs, Sheets or Slides (over Google's 10 MB export limit) are listed in the report for manual download.
- Each user needs a Microsoft 365 licence. As a Microsoft Cloud partner, Xpress can supply them.
